Throughout more than 20 years of development, we have consistently focused on Kelly bar products for rotary drilling rigs, adhering to independent research and development and in-house manufacturing of parts. Our company designs and manufactures various types of interlocking Kelly bars, multi-lock Kelly bars, and friction Kelly bars, covering both standard and non-standard specifications ranging from 299mm to 930mm. Over the years, we have provided Kelly bar support services for major domestic rotary drilling rig manufacturers, including XCMG, SANY, ZOOMLION, YuTong Heavy Industry, TaiYuan Heavy Industry, and New Direction Equipment. With our first-class R&D capabilities, stable and reliable products, and efficient professional services, we have been repeatedly awarded the title of "Excellent Supplier" by various drilling rig manufacturers. Additionally, we actively expand into international markets, exporting Kelly bars in bulk to Russia, India, Singapore, Qatar, Brazil, South Africa, the UAE, and other countries, where they are well received by users.
We actively promote digitalization and automation, having implemented PDM, ERP, and MES systems to enable collaborative data sharing from product design and material procurement to warehousing management, production planning, and manufacturing. In the manufacturing process, we have increased investment in automation equipment, including 18 automatic Kelly bar welding machines, 2 welding robot workstations for key Kelly bar components, and 2 robot cutting workstations, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
